These four productive tracts in southeastern Greene County offer something for both farmers and land investors. Approximately 145 tillable acres are divided among several manageable tracts, each offering its own mix of productive farmland and diverse soil complexes. Frontage along Waynesville Jamestown, Mt. Carmel, and Jasper Roads, combined with above-average soil quality, creates excellent opportunities for continued agricultural production and long-term investment. Offered at auction, the tracts are available in practical sizes, giving buyers flexibility to purchase land that fits their operation or investment goals. Located between Jamestown and Wilmington and just a short drive from I-71, the properties provide convenient access to regional grain markets as well as major highways connecting Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati. Whether you're looking to expand your farming operation or add quality rural land to your investment portfolio, these tracts offer a valuable opportunity in southeastern Greene County. All acreages and values listed below are approximate and are subject to a new survey currently in process, which will be completed prior to closing.
