Down Payment: The successful bidder agrees to deliver to Auctioneer via overnight mail, wire transfer (plus $45 wiring fee), or personally

Neither SHERIDANS nor the Seller shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
