Cedar Land Event Center: From the middle of Cedarville (US 42 & SR 72), take N Main St south to east on Parkview.

Wednesday, April 9th, from 10 AM to 3 PM &

Thursday (auction day) from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Payment: A Buyer Premium of 10% is added to the final bid for all in-person purchases. Please take this into consideration when bidding (Bid price + buyer premium = contract/sale price).

All purchases will be paid for in U.S. funds by the close of the auction via cash, check, or credit card (MC/VISA - additional 4% convenience fee charged) PRIOR TO LEAVING PREMISES.

All purchases will be subject to a 6.75% (Greene County, Ohio) sales tax on the final contract price unless Purchaser presents a valid vendor number and signs a sales tax exemption form at the Auction site. Sales tax will not be charged for titled vehicle/motorcycle or coin purchases.

Additional Firearms Terms: Each firearm buyer must be (1) a resident of the State of Ohio, (2) not a convicted felon, and (3) 18 (long guns) or 21 (handguns) years of age. No exceptions allowed.
