A beautiful Bethel Township farm with numerous options selling via the Multi-Parcel Auction Method – bid on individual tracts or any combinations of tracts! Having closed the family dairy operation in 2006, the Hardacre family has owned and farmed this fine property for decades and is looking forward to placing it good hands for the future. Opportunities abound from the 26-acre Tract 1 with a magnificent 2-story 19th century brick home and numerous well-maintained farm outbuildings to the 1.2-acre Tract 5 with house and barn. Over 66 total acres tillable with nice areas of pasture and woods.

A wonderful opportunity to bid on one or more of these beautiful rural farm lots, with wooded areas, creek frontage and over 4,000 feet of road frontage. An excellent production farm and numerous wonderful home sites. Build your house and barn on one of numerous sites and enjoy the country life! Located just minutes from US 68, I-70, and I-675, with easy access to Springfield, Dayton, and New Carlisle.

A Lot to Offer!

Tract 1: 6105 New Carlisle Pike - 26.0 acres with 2-story Civil War-Era brick home including 4 bedrooms,1 bathroom, and large downstairs living areas. Home has been unoccupied since 2006, but appears to be in good structural condition – just needs vision and love. Also includes numerous outbuildings including 90’ x 56’ metal pole barn, large frame barn with rear livestock feeding shed, and numerous other good, useful structures. Strong producing Celina and Crosby soils throughout. This one will make a great small cattle feeding or breeding operation.

Tract 2: Lost Road – 28.5 acres of mostly tillable and highly productive soils, including strong concentrations of Celina and Kokomo soils. An excellent small farm lot.

Tract 3: Corner of Lost Rd & New Carlisle Pike – 17.5 acres of mostly tillable and highly productive soils, including Celina and heavy concentration of Kokomo soils. Another great small farm lot with over 1,600 feet of frontage on New Carlisle Pike & Lost Road.

Tract 4: New Carlisle Pike - 11.3 acres on north end of farm. Includes frontage on both sides of the East Fork of the Donnels Creek and approximately 4 acres of tillable land. Approximately 7 acres in creek, woods, and wetland areas. A great opportunity for a recreational and truck farming patch.

Tract 5: 6005 New Carlisle Pike – 1.2 acres and 2-story frame home with 4 bedrooms & 1 bath. Also includes nice older barn.
