Acceptance of Bid Prices: The successful bidder(s) will sign Confirmation of Sale Agreement at the auction site immediately following close of bidding.

Down Payment: 10% of Purchase Price per property as down payment day of auction upon signing of Confirmation of Sale Agreement; balance due at closing.  Bidding IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING.

Real Estate Taxes: Taxes will be prorated to date of closing using long pro-ration method.

Closing Date: On/before July 17, 2015 Purchaser will pay customary portion of closing costs at closing. Closing will be transacted by Home Site Title Agency at it’s Xenia office unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties.

Possession: Date of closing.
