Down Payment: $3,000 down payment day of auction upon signing of Confirmation of Sale Agreement; balance due at closing.  Bidding IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING.

Real Estate Taxes: Taxes will be prorated to date of closing using short proration method.

Closing Date: On/before August 9, 2019. Purchaser will pay customary portion of closing costs at closing. Closing will be transacted by Home Site Title Agency, Xenia, OH, unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties.

Possession: Date of closing.
