500+ lots from the Richard Shively collection (Dayton, OH) available to the world for the first time. Mr. Shively was an inveterate collector for decades and amassed a world class collection for your inspection and bidding.

Simulcast Auction begins Wednesday, March 13, 10:00 AM, with previews Tuesday, March 12 from 10:00-3:00 and doors opening auction day at 8:00 AM. Both on-site and online bidding is welcomed.

Auction Terms

On-site Purchases: A 15% buyer premium will be added to the final bid received for each transaction to determine the final contract price for each item. Sales Tax (6.75%) charged for all on-site purchases. Payment by cash, checks, or MC/VISA w/positive ID. 3% convenience fee on credit card purchases. 

Online Purchases: A 23% buyer premium will be added to the final bid received for each transaction to determine the final contract price for each item. No sales tax for online purchases. Visit bidding platform for additional online bidding/purchasing terms.

All items sell in "AS IS" condition with no returns accepted. All item descriptions are believed to be correct, but are subject to verification by Purchaser.
