Location: Greene County Fairgrounds, 120 Fairground Rd., Xenia, OH. From the center of Xenia, follow N. De-troit Street (US 68) N to left (W) on W. Ankeney Mill Rd. This becomes Fairground Rd at the corporation line.

Auction Coordinators and Auction Manager reserve the right to refuse any consignments at their exclusive discretion. Any buy-back and unsold items must be removed from the premises by consignor by Sunday, March 10, 2019, at 4:00 PM.

             $101-$1,000       12%

             $0-$100              20%

             No Sale (max of $150)             3%

Note: Commission rates will be charged per item with a maximum commission of $500 per item. Commission rates are inclusive of all advertising and labor costs. Each consignor is responsible for his/her own buy-backs.
