Auction Location: 27 South Limestone Street, Jamestown, Ohio 45335. From middle of town (SR 72 and Old US 35) go south on S. Limestone St (SR 72) to auction site.

Auctioneer’s Note: We look forward to the third auction of the contents of this 10,000+ square foot warehouse facility. Originally scheduled for March 18, we had to delay the auction due to Ohio's COVID-19 restrictions. For years the late Bill Donges used this facility as a center of activity for his Columbus and Greene County real estate maintenance. Check us out on the web regularly as the auction date approaches for updates of the listing information and photographs as we continue to unpack this facility. Public inspection Wednesday, 10-3 PM and Thursday, 8-10 AM. Social distancing protocols will be observed.
