Bart Sheridan, CAI, joined the company in 1995, bringing to the business his experience as a Certified Public Accountant. A graduate of Miami University, Bart worked six years as a CPA with an international accounting firm in New Jersey and with a regional firm in Springfield, Ohio. Bart obtained the prestigious CAI (Certified, Auctioneers Institute) designation in 2001 and was the 2006 President of the Ohio Auctioneers Association. He also serves as one of five Commissioners appointed by Gov. John Kasich to the Ohio Auctioneers Commission.
Bart is an auctioneer, real estate broker, Realtor®, and appraiser with memberships in the National Auctioneers Association, Ohio Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors®, Ohio Association of Realtors®, and Dayton Area Board of Realtors®. Bart participates in all phases of the business. Bart and his wife Sandy, who serves as the Company’s Administrative Assistant and a Realtor®, are the parents of five children and reside near Cedarville, where they are active in their church and community.
Matt Sheridan joined the company in 2002, bringing to the business his experience as a Certified Public Accountant and Finance Manager. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Matt worked previously as a CPA, Controller and Chief Financial Officer for two Ohio-based manufacturing companies.
Matt is a Realtor® and appraiser with memberships in the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and Dayton Area Board of Realtors. Matt works primarily in the company’s conventional listing and appraisal business and specializes in residential, agricultural and commercial real estate. Matt and his wife Julie are the parents of three children and reside on a small farm near Cedarville. Matt is active in the community and currently serves on Cedarville’s local Board of Education, where he was President in 2012 and 2013.
Keith Sheridan’s contributions as President, Director, and Treasurer of the Ohio Auctioneers Association and as one of the three member Ohio Auction Commission have been instrumental in promoting the auction method of marketing throughout the state of Ohio.
Keith is an auctioneer, real estate broker, Realtor®, and appraiser with memberships in the National Auctioneers Association, Ohio Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors®, Ohio Association of Realtors®, and Dayton Area Board of Realtors®. In January 1996, Keith was inducted into the Ohio Auctioneers Hall of Fame, a recognition that placed him among the elite of Ohio auctioneers. Keith and his wife June, the longtime office manager and Company co-founder, reside near Cedarville in the same home where they raised Bart and Matt and their daughter Sharon.
Bryan Bogan brings to the Company his expertise in antiques with a special emphasis on antique furniture. He grew up in the Antique Marketing industry and has extensive experience in the appraisal and retail and wholesale marketing side of the business. Bryan serves as the on-site Auction Manager for the Company’s Personal Property Auction Division.
Bryan is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association. Bryan participates in all phases of the Company’s Personal Property Auction Division operations. Bryan and his wife Lynn reside near Jamestown with their two children
Sandy Sheridan serves the Company as the office administrator and auction clerk/cashier. Sandy is often the first voice to greet callers and she works hard to meet the needs of clients and customers.
Sandy is also a Realtor® with memberships in the National Association of Realtorsv, Ohio Association of Realtorsv, and Dayton Area Board of Realtors®. Sandy and Bart are the parents of five children and reside near Cedarville, where they are active in their church and community.
