Bidding Procedure: The property sells to the highest bidder subject to Seller’s confirmation.
Timed Online Bidding: All bids will be placed using the online bidding portal. See additional online bidding terms at bidding portal
Acceptance of Bid Prices: The successful bidder will sign Confirmation of Sale Agreements within twenty-four hours after the close of bidding.
Down Payment: Purchaser will deposit with Auctioneer earnest money of $6,000 within forty-eight hours after the close of bidding; balance due at closing. Bidding IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING.
Real Estate Taxes: Taxes will be prorated to date of closing using long proration method.
Closing Date: On/before November 13, 2020. Purchaser will pay customary portion of closing costs at closing.
Possession: Date of closing .
