Auction Terms

On-site Purchases: A 10% buyer premium will be added to the final bid received for each transaction to determine the final contract price for each item. Sales Tax (6.75%) charged for all on-site purchases. Payment by cash, checks, or MC/VISA w/positive ID. 4% convenience fee on credit card purchases.

Online Purchases: A 15% buyer premium will be added to the final bid received for each transaction to determine the final contract price for each item. No sales tax for out of state online purchases. Visit bidding platform for additional online bidding/purchasing terms.
