Location:  Greene County Fairgrounds, 120 Fairground Rd., Xenia, OH.  From the center of Xenia, follow N. Detroit Street (US 68) N to left (W) on W. Ankeney Mill Rd.  This becomes Fairground Rd at the corporation line.

 

Auctioneer’s Note: This is the third and largest auction to date from the historic Cedarville home.  Many items have not seen daylight for decades.  Still pulling items out daily.  Join us for a treasure hunt!

 

Furniture:  Primitive country cupboards; French-style sofa; mahogany low-boy w/large beveled mirror; foyer table; Victorian candle stand; wingback chairs w/ matching sofa; end tables; & a good selection of other items.

 

Guns:  Winchester Model 370 28 ga shotgun; Powell double barrel shotgun; H&R Model 158 20 ga shotgun; Springfield model 120A .22 cal rifle; H&R Model 490 410 ga shotgun; Italian .45 cal black powder rifle; & American Gun Co 12 ga shotgun.

 

Collectibles:  Good selection paintings & prints; glassware; china; dolls; Christmas decorations; jewelry; silver plated items; yard decorations; decorative items; good selection box lots; & other related items.

 

Terms:  Cash, checks or MC/VISA w/positive ID.  3% convenience fee on credit card purchases.  Sales tax.  Lunch.
