Real Estate Taxes: Taxes & assessments will be prorated to date of closing using short proration method.

Closing Date: On/before November 15, 2019. Purchaser will pay customary portion of closing costs at closing. Closing will be transacted by Home Site Title Agency, Xenia, OH, unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties.

Possession: Date of closing.
