Real Estate Taxes: Taxes will be prorated to date of closing using long proration method.


Closing Date: On/before Jan 18, 2019. Purchaser will pay customary portion of closing costs at closing. Closing will be transacted by Home Site Title Agency unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties.


Possession: Date of closing.


Tenant: The property is currently leased on a month-to-month basis. Tenant will vacate the property prior to closing unless Purchaser signs a new lease with Tenant.
