REAL ESTATE SALE TERMS

Bidding Procedure:Properties sell to the highest bidder(s) via the Multi-Parcel Auction method subject to confirmation by the seller and secured creditor.

Acceptance of Bid Prices & Buyer’s Premium:The successful bidder(s) will sign a Confirmation of Sale Agreement at the auction site immediately following close of bidding. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price to form the final contract price.

Down Payment:$8,000 down payment per tract on day of auction upon signing of Confirmation of Sale Agreement; balance due at closing.  Bidding IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING.

Real Estate Taxes:Taxes will be prorated to date of closing using long proration method.

Deed: Purchaser(s) will receive a General Warranty Deed at closing.

Closing Date: On/before September 22, 2017. Purchaser will pay customary portion of closing costs at closing.

Possession: Date of closing.
