Acceptance of Bid Prices: The successful bidder will sign Confirmation of Sale Agreement at the auction site immediately following close of bidding.

Down Payment: $2500 as down payment day of auction upon signing of Confirmation of Sale Agreement; balance due at closing.  Bidding IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING.

Real Estate Taxes: Taxes will be prorated to date of closing using long pro-ration method.

Closing Date: On/before May 25, 2015. Purchaser will pay customary portion of closing costs at closing. Closing will be transacted by City Title Agency unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties.

Possession: Date of closing.
