Auction Location: Greene County Fairgrounds, 120 Fairground Rd., Xenia, OH.  From the center of Xenia, follow N. Detroit Street (US 68) N to left (W) on W. Ankeney Mill Rd.  This becomes Fairground Rd at the corporation line.


Auctioneer's Note: Join us for this fantastic multi-consignor auction featuring two long-time influential Greene County families. Many good furniture items from the home of the late Morris & Xarifa Bean of Yellow Springs. Mr. and Mrs. Bean were the founders and owners of the Morris Bean Company and the family has consigned numerous furniture pieces and local and regional artwork pieces. Also included are a number of significant local historical items and antiques, including a number of local Civil War-related items, from the home of the late Johnny and Jane Mills of Cedarville. Mr. and Mrs. Mills were both only children of two longstanding Cedarville families and have bequeathed the items from their home to the Cedarville United Methodist Church.
