Real Estate Taxes:  Taxes will be prorated to date of closing using long pro-ration method. 

 

Sign Lease:  The property owner is the Lessor for a billboard lease.  Current annual lease is $400.

 

Closing Date:  On/before November 26, 2010. Purchaser will pay customary portion of closing costs at closing.
